Cast in 18k yellow gold. Our sapphire flower charm is one of our gemmiest charm this season! Chunky brush finished gold bezels hold a stunning set of wide cut oval yellow sapphires. In the middle of the yellow sapphires is a 2mm white diamond center stone.
