Shipping policy

We offer shipping to most destinations worldwide. All orders are processed within 1-3 business HOWEVER most Carla Morrison pieces are manufactured to order so please allow for a 2-3 WEEK  lead time before order is shipped for 1-3 day delivery. If a piece is manufactured to order it will say so on the product page. 

Our shipping carriers are USPS and UPS.  Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and the weight of the package. These fees will be estimated and presented to client during the checkout process 

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Please refer to the estimated delivery times provided during checkout for an estimate of when you can expect to receive your order. ** Delivery times apply AFTER the lead time once your order is shipped **

We are not responsible for any customs fees or duties that may be charged on international orders. Please check with your local customs office for more information on customs fees and duties.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
