Refund policy

At Carla Morrison Fine Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Because our pieces are made to order we do not accept returns for refund only for exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, the piece must be in the same condition that you received it. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet that standard. 

To initiate an exchange, please email us at Cm@carlamorrison.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange. We will then provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from exhange value.

In the event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at Cm@carlamorrison.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage or defect, and we will provide you with a replacement or a full refund.
